I purchased this bright neon pink skirt from JCrew about a month and a half ago for dirt cheap and was waiting for the perfect occasion or blog challenge to wear it. To be quite honest, I had this outfit all figured out way in advance, especially because it has two of my favorite prints: stripes and polka dots.
